I dont use the treadmill info at all , I use my droid phone with an app called cardio trainer. I think gives you a more accurate picture of calories burned because it uses your weight also.

Honestly, I think your better off leaving that alone , keep doing what your doing it is working fine. There is no quick fix , you wanna sweat more and burn more calories faster push harder 20-30 seconds every 1-2 minutes during your work out and this don't cost a thing.

You most likely was building muscle , so your weight lose may appear to not be as much as u like. At least that's what many people say here. lol

I seen on amazon 46 bucks for 6 of them. that comes to 8 bucks . I was really sized when you said that thread, I love ice cream ! , but never heard of it before, so did a little research and those are the things I found out . I just stay away from in now unfortunately for me :(

I kinda leads towards cardio really, I work with just 210 resistance and I do normally 5 sets of 10 of bench press , Trunk Rotation, ,Leg Press, Leg Curl and Seated Lat Row.

Also veggies like broccoli, cabbage things like that burns more calories to digest that food than your putting in your body, so if you load up on that good stuff your working it off without even doing anything.

Im eating, no lie, was 2000 calories a day, but as my weight dropped, mfp said to eat 1990 calories, so I did, but also my calories burned during exercise dropped, so I picked up an extra 20 minutes of exercise to make up for that. If you do get a treadmill , walking fast as you can handle it is better than jogging according to all the stuff I read on the web.
