This thread is super funny.

I wouldn't, it's too revealing and doesn't have enough top support. One that's not a string bikini, sure, if you are comfortable go for it.

Wow, great job! That is really inspiring to hear you say that you could barely run 30 seconds at first and now you can run 9 miles straight! Running is so hard for me and I am slowly getting better at it. Maybe I will try the c25k program! Thanks!

I'm searching for this as well. I'm shifting my focus towards vegan protein powders since I want a cholesterol free protein powder. Whatever you do, do not buy Trader Joe's Soy Protein Powder. It it so disgusting. I'm returning it today. It was so bad I literally had to spit it out. I couldn't even swallow it!

I have about 13lbs more to lose and it is so frustrating! I've been trying to get to 120lbs for the longest time! Back in 2007, I weighed 155lbs. I started counting calories and exercising and dropped 20 lbs so easily! I stayed at about 135lbs until summer 2011. Then I put on about 10 lbs. Joined MFP at 145lbs and am down…

My husband has a family history of high cholesterol. His bad cholesterol is unusually high, especially considering that we are vegetarians. We consume very little cholesterol, and his doctor still wants it lowered. So that's why it has to be low or cholesterol free.

Well muscle does weigh more than fat but in order for the BMI to calculate inaccurately based on the fact that you are muscular would mean that you would have to be insanely muscular, probably body builder quality. I'm 5'6" and weigh 133lbs which gives me a bmi of 21.5. I have a high body fat percentage though. I've…

I lost about 20 lbs a few years ago doing strictly cardio. The number on the scale went down and I dropped 2 sizes but my body still doesn't look the way I want it to. I am now "skinny fat". I have about 10 lbs to go which is why I joined this site. I am focusing more on strength training now as I realize that doing cardio…

I don't deprive myself of anything. If I want a cupcake, I'll eat one. My favorite hobby is baking and cupcakes are my specialty! I just make sure to fit it in my calorie goal for the day. Spend some extra time at the gym that night or eat less of your dinner. I don't believe in "dieting", just eating in moderation. It's…

I've been wondering the same thing. I've done some research on it and there seems to be a lot of different answers out there. I would think that by burning fat, the appearance of cellulite will diminish, but will probably not go away entirely. I gained about 15 lbs in 6 months and I started noticing cellulite a lot more…

I never have time to make breakfast. I always have to take mine to work and eat it there. I usually have orange juice and a Kelloggs FIber Plus granola bar. I also really like Cream of Wheat Cinnabon flavor or original flavor Cream of Wheat with fig butter swirled in. Low in calories but substantial.

I used to have 1 lb a week selected and it was 1240 calories per day. I changed it 1 1/2 lbs per week and now it is 1200 calories per day. I get what you mean about upping my activity level, I thought about doing that. However, I have been netting around 1400-1500 calories a day and have only lost 6 lbs in 3 1/2 months. So…

I have a problem with breakfast. I used to take a packet of oatmeal or a granola bar to work with me. I would eat it at 8am and be STARVING by 11am. I started only drinking coffee and water and I am totally fine until lunch time. I have always had that problem with breakfast where if I eat it, it makes me way too hungry…

I'm 5'6" and currently 137. I'm trying to get down to 120. I looked at that mybodygallery website and the 5'6" 140lb pictures look much less flabby and more toned than I do. I am not sure why but I have always looked overweight even though I technically am not. I used to weight 154 and it was super easy to get down to 135.…
