I have found that I should never eat less than 1400 calories even though MFP says my goal will be reached if I eat 1290 with no exercise. I belonged to my Tops chapter four years. Try not to miss weigh in even though I have been having trouble keeping weight off recently. I am always so glad that I went to Tops even if I had a gain. We always have fun and interesting and educational discussions.

Want to use my fitness pal as my tops food log and as motivation. My tops weigh in is on Tuesday morning. Had a gain of .6.
