  • Cute comment being so obsessed with food that you eat several times a day. When I was 20 years old, I forgot to eat or didn't take the time to eat all day. Now that I am 40 years older, I never forget about food.
  • I need to be obsessed with planning what to eat. It is so easy for me lately to stop and get fast food and eat in the car. If I don't change that habit now, I'll never reach my goal weight!!

  • Like the exchange system, but have not used it often. Try to keep it in mind by keeping meals balanced and healthy.

  • Know when you are really hungry. Don't eat because you're thirsty, tired, stressed, tempted,watching tv etc. Keep track of what you eat. That goes without saying because you are on mfp
  • 4/30 tops weigh -in lost 3.6
  • Lost .8 on 4/16. Gained .2 on 4/23.
  • Keeping track of what I eat and exercise is a great help. MFP has made it a lot easier for me to stay on track. I was a yo-yo dieter too, but don't want to be in the future.

  • Lost 2.2 lbs this week at tues, 3/19 weigh in Shared weekly best loser with my daughter's mother-in-law who is also a member of our tops group. She is doing great since she joined and has lost 21 lbs. so far.

  • On dr oz show about fatigue, he said that statin drugs cause fatigue. I have been fighting fatigue for a long time. Asked by doctor if I could take coq10 as suggested on the show to counteract the drug. He said yes. Hope it works.
