  • I honestly feel this is key to my weightloss. I eat 6-8 times a day. I make my own raw fruit smoothie in the morning, and I have a snack between every meal so I'm eating about every 2 1/2-3 hrs. Snacks are quick like low fat cereal bars or a piece of fruit. Altogether I've lost about 94lbs so my metabolism is learning. :-)
