Lots of gum and water!!! Seriously, like tons. After you eat a snack or a meal, drink a bottle of water and chew a stick of gum. Depends on the company. I work for VS and our goes 0, 2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16. I was a 24 and Im a 16 now (4 sizes) and I want to be an 8 so another 4 sizes to go. so yeah :wink:

Pre MFP I use to have the worst sweet tooth! Like candy bars galore, girl! Once you’ve worked it out of being a main staple in your diet, your cravings will change! I use to not eat anything before my workout. However now to increase my calorie count as well as my metabolism, Im now eating a low fat cereal bar before my workout then a make my own real fruit smoothie for after my workout to replace nutrients I lost.

At first I was just going as fast as I thought I could for 30 straight. Then once I changed to interval training ( changing speeds every 2-3 minutes to my absolute fastest from a fast walk) I burned 30 more calories in the same amount of time! I also took my incline down completely so I could run faster :happy:

Bump I'm doing Insanity after I'm done with P90X in about 4 weeks. I'm interested to know what you all think.

I'm starting week9 of P90X. I'm 32yrs but I also have Fibro. I did workout before using my Wii, yoga, and treadmill first. You can always do moderated versions of the moves, I do but I'm getting better and making improvements! Good luck on your journey no matter what path you go down!
