Are you eating enough? That could be the cause. Low blood sugar is a big one, too.

If someone is eating 500 cals a day that would probably be an eating disorder. However, it is not our place to tell this person what to do. It wouldn't help anyone until THEY realized what was wrong.

Never, really. If I'm really in a rush and don't have time to make food I may stop at Wendy's and get a baked potato and some chili - but that's very very rare.
