Guiltless, enjoy it and move on. Be proud of the fact that you can still enjoy a meal and know tomorrow is a new day. Add in an extra workout or adjust your cals so your weekly goals are met. Problem solved! Hope it was awesome!

Make sure you have a digital scale and weigh everything, eyeballing and guessing is the fastest way to overestimating. Get a proper Tbsp, tsp measure and ensue you use it. Read labels and as others have said mix it up. Even if you stick to your current workout, change up the days/intensity/reps/weights/etc. Good luck.…

Yes you should cut it out. The Dr. gave you this advice for reason. I wasn't even allowed to vacuum (not a bad perk, lol). LISTEN to your DR. No matter if you had it under/above the muscle, it is still healing and very easily damaged. Do you really want to go back and have a do over? NOT!

My mom is terminal with Peritoneal Cancer and I cannot wait to fly home to eat anything she wants to make and that woman makes it all from scratch and I know the only reason I can't cook as well (well ok at all) is because she pours her heart and soul into every ingredient, all with love!

If you are looking for increased cardio/endurance INSANITY is an incredibly tough but worthy DVD. However, it is all cardio just to give you the heads up.

I'm not new but I the 10 lbs I have been trying to manipulate into muscle aren't very cooperative...so hey, it's only been a year since I've been begging the fat gods to ditch these last 10, why not another lol. I'm open for suggestions.

The other option is to create your own database for the foods you purchase. I think someone mentioned the barcode method, but if not you can do it manually by entering data directly off the box and saving it as " Jaxxie's Onion" For example. Just a thought!
