You could make a Ground Turkey version of Hamburger Helper with no yolk or Barilla pasta.....add whatever kind of low sodium paste you like and either make it into a sort of pasta salad or try making quesadilla's with it....or even taco's. Good luck and bon appetite!

POLAR, no question...hands down! FB is not an HRM and you definiately need an HRM for Insanity. I use both for my cardio...FB to track my steps and my Polar for my cals and Heart Rate. Good Luck!

Walmart has the Microwave airpopper. Buy some Orville Redenbocker Kernels....6 TBSP (3oz on your food scale) = 250 cals BUT 58g of carbs. It fills the entire bowl and then you can also add some 'I can't believe it's not butter' spray.

Yup, and the worst part is, I don't get hangovers...not sure if that's a good thing.........but I do factor it in my weekly goals, so it isn't such a big deal. I also make sure my workout rest day is usually the day after!
