To be honest, this is really a question for your specialist. I would follow whatever their suggestions are! Best of luck!

Just finished RI 30 and before that 30DS so going to buy it tomorrow......looking forward to it! Always wear my HRM, so will let you know Tuesday what it says!

FANTASTIC....THANK YOU!

I wish you the best of luck! I only use their BMR/TDEE numbers at face value and am more than happy to do it the right way, slowly! I've lost 7lbs in 2 months and inches in the process. I have done the 30 Day Shred and just finished Ripped in 30. I am a JM addict, lol! I am on the same last 10 as you are and think that…

Hmmmmm look at it one of 2 ways.......Co-dependancy or a love of adventure. I prefer the latter. Those with adventureous personalities tend to deal with 'baggage/issues' differently - both withinourselves and from our partners. Just a thought!

Re-Arrested for lying down during mug shots!

Just a thought but aside from Heavy Lifting, you could incorporate some Jillian Michaels DvD's...like 30 Day Shred/Ripped in 30/Shed it With Weights/No More Trouble Zones/Yoga etc. It worked for me and alot of others I know...but it is a combination with Weights/Cardio/Dvd and a bit of a larger deficit. Good luck.

Awesome goals and best of luck. The biggest piece of advice I can give you in regards to the Shred is please make sure you do EXTRA EXTRA stretching before and after. JM doesn't spend alot of time on it at the end and if you don't, you won't walk the next day....trust me! I am in no way an expert but start lifting…

Check out the sodium!

Good luck with this thread...yikes! You need to lift weights period, of course cardio too, but cardio cal burns are over the moment you stop. You should do some research into NEW RULES OF LIFTING FOR WOMEN. There are a ton of threads on MFP. The book is incredible and it WILL help. Spot reducing is not an option, since…

WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAT? Now that's a visual............100!

2 Rescues both are about 5 yrs old, from what info we can get. Lucy is Golden Lab, some kind of hound X 90lb lap dog! Philly is a Retriver X 40lb dog that thinks he's the worlds toughest protector. Both my favorites and they rule the school!

That decision will have to be yours, once you try it. you may love doing them together and there is the option for that. I have found RI 30 a little tougher than L1 of it..but haven't done the whole thing. May do a JM Marathon tomorrow...feel free to Friend me and we can find out together lol!
-
I am doing it next week...I did do level 1 on it and it was really great. You can do either L1 or 2 or both and they're about 40 mn each. She incorporates yoga, martial arts to the overall workout. I'm sure you'll like it. I'm almost done RI 30 and looking forward to that one before doing the Revolution. Good luck!

Best and most accurate is a Heart Rate Monitor and add the Excercise separately....I usually name mine as JM RI30 or whichever one you are doing. I am currently doing Ripped in 30, week 4 day 1 and she's killing me! Best of luck!

Awesome, thanks so much! Just starting STAGE 3.... richemory@comcast.net THANKS!

Stevewynjones..........35 oops I just saw the earlier post!

This type of situation makes me react before I think. I have a 15 yr old step son and if someone messed with him, they would feel the wrath of what a STEPMONSTER IS! First off, I think that friend check is required...if she has friends on facebook....monitor it and find out who she is. Don't intervene on a conversation and…

Prove it please, lol! Great stuff and thanks for the tip! I was actually going to buy it...until you!

this really needs to be patented and copywritten...millions to be made! Wish I would've thought of it!

LMAO, is that wrong?

LMAO! PRICELESS IS RIGHT!

Chris Powell from the Biggest Loser has a book called "CHOOSE TO LOSE." He explains it very clearly as to how 'spike/cheat' meals or days (whatever you call it) is beneficial. I think it is really a personal choice and you have to decide what will work best for you. Trial and Error is simply how we learn. Good Luck!

Mr. Hand ... lol, sorry but it just came out that way!

I have always hated running....unless it was TO a beverage BUT I LOVE C25K........WEEK 6 D3. I cried after my first 20 min straight because I could not believe I did it. This program is like no other and I can't wait to reach the final goal. While I am not geared towards a full marathon...the continued version is the 10k…
