Non science response.....it's the only way. Regardless of the hype and muscle v. Fat weight argument (god, it's basic Google).....Imo unless you are training for something specific, do what you love; but be consistent. Enjoy life, I'm assuming we don't have 9 of them.

Annoyance at gym: people that complain about being out of shape as they hit Wendy's after 5 mn on the TM. Other than that.....using the squat rack as your yoga mat. For the most part, kudos for consistency. We all have to start somewhere.

Tough time reponding from my phone, but quick answer is research reverse dieting. Just your current intake ma kes me cringe. Not even considering your workout level. Seriously......try reverse dieting. Start slowly. The objective is to eat as much as you can while still losing. Not the reverse. Good kuck.

It might be a good idea to contact an admin in the ETP group and have your Macros properly assessed for results best suited to you. I think both Sara and Sidesteel do them. This way you can answer questions unique to you. Good Luck.

Absolutely aim for your macros! It's the best way to success....without deprivation and it is sustainable. I love it! Good luck! Edited, keep in mind MFP is usually wrong in terms of calories, so weigh in grams and be as accurate as possible.

I have an android and use an app called HIIT...it let's you set your rounds to whatever time you want and it will blow a whistle when it's rest and again when it's time to start.
