To be honest, I only use it during strength see what it reads right after a set. I don't use it for Calorie tracking because like you, I need to take longer rests. I just calculate it at 1 calorie burned and move on. I, also don't eat back my exercise calories as my Diary is already set to what I should be eating. I hope…

Howcome no one ever posts their results pics? I always see the challenge but never the end results....I need motivation!

All I did was scroll down to the answer I would have given. 'Nuff said.

Well I am going to Spray Butter Hell for counting. Pathetic I know but I figure if I take the time to weigh all my food, incl. condiments etc, I might as well make sure my treats (popcorn) are accurately tracked too. So yes, in my diary it says 37.5 (2 servings). YES 75 and on occasion I may even go nuts and have an extra…

There are lot's on Bodybuilding.com that you can do at home and at the gym. Starting Strength and Stronglifts are awesome! Check out Fitness Blender and You are your own gym as well! Good Luck!!!

I did Insanity last Oct/Nov. according to schedule and found the main benefit was my increased Cardio ability. I just recently incorporated Max Interval Plyo into my SL routine and realized why I hated it to begin with , lol. I found P90X Plyo much more sustainable as an added cardio to my current routine.

I love JM's Body Revolution. 90 day program and it's excellent....in my opinion (just completed my 2nd round of it). She also has the Yoga Meltdown among so many others, like her Kick Boxing one. Good luck with which ever you choose!

You should have no troubles! If you give them some notice they will happily prepare something for you and if you are consistent, they will do it the whole time you are there. Don't forget to tip well.....makes all the difference. Having said that, have a wonderful time!

Bumpin' it on! I have major hip flexor injury and very interested to hear your results on the pain and how you feel in a couple days. Sure as hell hope you've found your solution!

This, in addition you have upped your calories so you need to give it a fair amount of time for your BODY TO ADJUST. It is very possible that you will gain but after some consistency it will drop back down as it gets used to the change. Don't freak out, don't panic! I can totally relate to you because I have again…

This is just sad. Not enough adjectives to define the tragedy on what would otherwise be such a momentus experience for such an amazing event! Hearts, thoughts and prayers to all! Less we not forget the Police, EMT, Fire Dept., etc. who risk their lives daily.

You are a true hero. My mom is terminal with Ovarian/Peritoneal. My heart goes out to you for your loss. Her name is Karin (Canada). Not sure if you still have room or time....but thank you for your courage and you have made my day. I am sure to tell my mom of your strength and all that you are giving! Best success!

Wait, now I'm confused.....what if I'm a Canadian living in the US?

You can go to Scoobyworkshop.com, Fitness Frog or Fat to Fit Radio. Good luck!

I am no expert and I only looked at your diary for today and without sounding rude or perhaps lack of total knowledge with your circumstances...I would say EAT! Not sure why you are only eating 545?

Aside from your other circumstances...I'm pretty sure there are a lot of us that live and die by caffeine! Especially me! I love my Cuban coffee and Espresso....so don't beat yourself up!

I have done both and my success has been different with both. I LOVE JMBR and not so much with Insanity. They are both different. The first time I did BR I found the biggest body transformation. Insanity was all cardio.................. I hope you enjoy whatever you choose.

Hi An HRM will be the most accurate measurement of your exercise, one with a chest strap. Polar FT4 or FT7 are very popular and an excellent product. Also, MFP sets up the 'standard' 1200 for almost everyone and you should really go to an accurate tracker such as Scooby, FitnessFrog or Fat To Fit radio to properly gauge…
