If you have a computer, you can find some good free sites. I use a free yoga site which is great.

Have you checked the website of the restaurant you're going to. A lot of them give nutritional info now. I've found nutritional info just by doing a search too. Don't know how accurate all of it was, but at least it gave me some guidelines. Enjoy whatever you eat!!!

When I quit smoking 25 years ago, I started running and lost 10 pounds. Good luck. It's more important that you quit smoking than it is to loose weight, so I just encourage you to be as active as you can. Drinking orange juice helped me when I had a nicotine fit too.

I'm a gym rat...I love the gym, but it hasn't always been that way. I try to go at least 5 days a week 6 when I can. The key for me was to start slowly so I didn't injure myself. If your gym has a trainer, get them to work with you. I go at the same time everyday, and over the years have developed wonderful friendships…
