Again, Thanks a bunch for the warm welcome. I know if I get the weight off, my health & pain will be much better. Cutting out sugar is no biggie for me. If I need a sweet, I get sugar free & I like Splenda in iced tea once in a great while. But other than that, carbs and fried foods are my biggest problems.
