Took the words right out of my mouth!

Me too!

I either whip up some protein pancakes and sprinkle cocoa on top, whip up a cocoa - peanut butter-protein powder mug cake, or have some organic dark chocolate. Just work a sensible amount of chocolate into your cheat day. In the mean time every time chocolate pops into your head distract yourself with something else!

I used the whole egg.
-
I found a few that used liquid egg whites, and there were a few recipes for protein cookies without eggs. I just googled until I found a recipe that used things I had in the pantry.

Bump for later - I'm a carrot cake monster!

I'm 25, 6 weeks in, 10 pounds down, and always happy to make new MFP buddies :)
-
Swearing is one of my fave past times - but I tend to try avoid it here for fear of offending my MFP buddies :\
-
I'm on my second time round using MFP too - about 6 weeks in. I'm happy to lend support to anyone who needs it :)
-
Bump - I'm interested in this too! Lunches are always the hardest meal of the day for me to figure out.

^ Best weight tracker pic ever!

Me too! I don't log my food or my excersize, but I blog and am always down for a chat :) I'm doing a 12 week challenge with my flatmate - her boyfriend lives with us too. We've made him take out all his naughty food from the pantry and put it in a seperate cupboard, and we make him eat what we do. Sometimes we'll cook…

I don't log my food and in two weeks I've lost 4 pounds. Having said that, I am keeping a food diary at home. I have a bunch of food I know I'm allowed, I know what I need to limit my intake of, and I make sure I have some kind of protein every 2.5 - 3 hours. Plus I'm working out 6 times a week and drinking a tonne of…

Bump - these sound delicious. Maybe one day I'll get around to trying at least one recipe!

Music - I really struggle doing cardio without it. I like rock music so that's usually what it is. I always have a go-to playlist and when that gets old I just use the shuffle setting on my iPod until I find a track I like. Sometimes track skipping is a GREAT time waster as well!

Hi! I'm a fellow Adventure Time fan :) I joined MFP last year but fell of the wagon spectacularly! I rejoined because my flatmate and I started a 12 week challenge through our local gym, I'm now half way through week 3 and very thankful I started. I don't calorie count or log my excersize daily, but I am happy to lend…

Oh, I've had a really similar experience! I was running like a maniac then I got quite sick and had to stop. I'm no where near where I used to be, but I've started walking and using the elliptical trainer to get my fitness levels and endurance back up. The elliptical is working great. You could try interval training run,…

25 from NZ but living in Australia - one can never have too many MFP buds :)

I just don't go near foods I know I binge on. If I have to have chocolate I buy a snack sized bar of organic dark choc and eat one or two squares at a time. I take small bites, let it melt, and concentrate on the experience. Dark choc is brilliant in the respect that it isn't as moreish as milk chocolate. The best way to…

I've had the same kind of thing happen to me - lost a tonne of weight, had some health problems and at the same time rediscovered my love of bad food combined with doing nothing! I'm in my third week of a 12 week challenge and find that knowing I have people keeping an eye on me is extremely motivating. It also doesn't…

I work out at the gym 6 days a week. Mon, Weds and Fri I do 30 mins of cardio and 30 mins of strength/weight training. Tues, Thurs and Sat I do an hour of cardio. Sunday is my rest day - this is while I'm doing a 12 week challenge, once the 12 weeks is over I'm planning on working out Mon-Fri and resting or doing…

Not drinking alcohol is the worst for me!! Also, the social part of eating - not being to go out and share a bowl of chips over a beer, or having to have my salad dressing on the side while my friends tucks into a creamy pasta next to me. I'm pretty sweet with food while I'm at home, sometimes I feel fake hungry when I'm…

Go find a pound of something - it's a decent amount of weight to lose. It helps to visualise. The way I look at it is: What I have been doing hasn't been working for me, so I'm going to give something else a good try and see if that works better. Don't beat yourself up because you haven't lost as much as you'd like right…

I opt for either: an apple two cornthins with peanut butter (this is my fave - I am a peanut butter monster) an instant coffee - I got for Moconna infused with vanilla and have a teeny bit of milk or, 'Well, Naturally Peppermint Surprise' protein bars (I love these and they have little mint crisps in them, yummm!).
-
I'm on my third time too - weight fluctuations thanks to health issues too. None as scary as yours though. MFP is a great place to come to for encouragement and support. I always feel super motivated when I log on here. Feel free to add me if you like, good luck on your journey :) Don't pressure yourself too much either,…
-
I'm on week three too!! I don't do the daily food and excersize diary thing, but I blog and am supportive and friendly :) Feel free to add me if you're after MFP buds!
-
I'm in the same boat as you, and looking for some MFP friends too - I've been back on track for the past 4 days. I'm happy to help with support and encouragement if you need it :)

I like to do spaghetti bolognase - I make my own pasta sauce with tomoatoes, onion, peppers, garlic and oregano. I then use extra lean mince. I give the boys pasta and whatever cheese they like, but on my plate I substitute quinoa for pasta, one half to one whole slice of reduced fat Bega cheese and have a nice big salad…

I'm in the same boat too! I joined MFP about 8 months ago and fell off the wagon. I started a 12 week challenge at my gym this week and decided to rejoin MFP. I'm back on the wagon and super determined - feel free to add me!

I don't know much about aspartame. But I am making a conscious effort to stay away from diet coke (which I love) and sugar free energy drinks (that I also love). I'm drinking water, tea and a coffee a day. Protein bars are a staple in my diet though because I find that being so sweet I don't have sugar cravings like I used…
