I want in too, i work mids and afternoons so i guess my goal is 3 hours before i go to bed. That way my time can change depending on what shift i am working or if i am off that day. Is that ok?

I too am the lowest, i get bumped every so often to a new shift, then back to the straight mids, then bumped again. Its a never ending cycle

Dont worry i blew it today also, i went to a henna party and even though i ate before going i still snacked. But for some reason iam not that disapointed in myself. I work nights/afternoons shift and its horrible for routine. I work 2 7pm-7am a week and 2 3pm-11pm a week so then i get 3 days off. Thanks for the suggestions Autumn, I have even entertained the idea of going for a bike ride right when i get off at 7am but then 7am rolls around and all i can think about is bed. I need to make it a priroity to do it soon as i get up and then it will be done.

Lauris83, you are correct iam a dispatcher as well. We dont have treadmills, boss has been talking about them though. We have an old school stepper that has been fixed with duck tape and a high excercise ball. And a vending machine in the basement that was almost my down falll tonight but i stood strong.
