I have loss about 7lbs since I got married in June. I am determined to keep this body in shape, because it took too much work to get here. I try to workout 4-5 times a week, which includes running.

sunday 3.35 miles Monday 3.35 miles Tuesday Resolution Run 5k and I PR'd Reese I was layered too. Two pairs of paint, three tops, air muffs, gloves, and a bula mask. The only thing that came off during the race is the Bula Mask because I needed to blow my nose.

Rose, nonafit, luvmybeebees, natalie, reese, and mekedee, we are running loops around anyone who is still sitting on the couch. Stealth you got this we all have those weeks. I just had them right after my half marathons I couldnt get it together. Hit the reset button and take it one day at a time.

@ Wiglet Thanks. Sometimes your body will make you slow down and recover. Right after those 2 half marathons in 4 days, I got so congested and just felt blah. I had to just take the time off and rest.

Hey all I was on a timeout. I felt horrible for a minute. Congested, cold, etc. But today I got out to run and it felt great!! 12/4 3 .59 miles

11/18 13.1 miles half marathon 11/22 13.1 miles half marathon I rocked this one out 2:41 From start to finish I felt great!! I ran my race and did much better than Sunday by 17 minutes.
