hey all popping my head in while i am at a desktop January: 67.5 mles ( all running/walking) February 61.3 miles (all running/walking) March 87.4 miles so far (all running walking) This month I am shooting for 100 miles of running/walking. I am on target for it YTD 216.2

Today was my last half of the Spring. I completed 3 in 4 week injury free.So I am thankful. So now I am going back to work n my 5k and 10k time Sundy 13.2 miles Publix Half marathon
