    Today I completed my first half of 2013 (never thought those words would come out my mouth). Not my best run but it taught me something. When it gets hard push through it and finish, regardless of the time you finish (well in this case it better be under 3 hr because they closed the course after that)

    monday turbo fire
    tuesday 3.39 miles elliptical and treadmill
    wednesday Turbo Fire
    Thursday 4 miles ( 3:1 intervals)

    Sun: 8.13mi Run
    Mon: the arrival of Snow-pocalypse, Part Deux, will be keeping me off the streets for God knows how long :grumble: , but I will probly get to cross-train with some serious snow shoveling... again. *sigh*
    Tue: no miles... snow shoveling was all I could do...
    Wed: 7.2mi Stationary Bike + 3.25mi Run/walk
    Thu: 1.75mi Elliptical
    Fri: rest day
    Sat:

    11.38mi ~ Run/Walk/Crawl
    7.20mi ~ Cycling
    1.75mi ~ Elliptical
    20.33mi ~ Total Miles

    Sunday: Big fat goose egg. Nada.
    Monday: 8.53 miles, stationary bike followed by Pilates
    Tuesday: 2.8 miles running
    Wednesday: 9.1 miles stationary bike followed by Pilates
    Thursday: 2.9 miles running
    Friday: 11.7 miles stationary bike followed by Pilates

    WTD: 35.03 miles
