@ Stealth it was great. I PR"D. Shaved 6 minutes off my previous 10k race back in september. So even when I dont feel like I am getting faster it is happening. You had a great week too. I need to add hill repeats into these upcoming weeks. I start speed training next saturday

Hi everyone. Looks like you are off to an awesome week. My week started out with volunteering for the Hot Chocolate 15k/5k Race.
