    Tues - 4 mi
    Weds - 20 min bike, 1 hour body works
    Thurs - 2.5 mi on treadmill to avoid rain

    Probably no more runs until my half marathon on Saturday morning. Excited and nervous!

    Can't wait to hear all about the run!!! Good luck!

    Sunday: 3.81 miles (at a 6:30 min/mi!!!) Very beautiful run for a fine Easter morning... Felt SOOO good!
    Monday: 3.11 miles running (5k race) The race was disappointing. Hmm...
    Tuesday: 2.35 miles running Much, much better than the race!
    Wednesday: 10.07 miles stationary bike followed by Pilates
    Thursday: 2.3 miles running

    WTD: 21.64 miles

    Tuesday: 4.75 miles running
    Wednesday 3.2 miles running
    Saturday: 13.2 miles running - HM race: 2:08:35 (9:41 avg pace). Had a fabulous race. Stuck with the 2:10 pacer until mile 9 or so and then sped up. Passed a lot of people at the end. Felt strong the whole time!



    Total: 24.4 miles running

    Boy, adding in my measly 1.65 miles today seems... well... wimpy! ;-)

    Debi_f: No number is wimpy except for zero, which is okay on rest day. :laugh:
    Nat: GREAT PACE! I'm doing my first 1/2M next wkend and I would be thrilled to come in at around 12 pace. :smile:

    Nat: GREAT PACE! I'm doing my first 1/2M next wkend and I would be thrilled to come in at around 12 pace. :smile:

    Stealthsloth - my first HM last September was just under a 12 min pace, so I have improved a ton! Good luck on yours!

    We 2 mi walk
    We evening 12.5 mi biking on trainer(intervals)
    Thurs cross-training
    Fri 10 mi bike ride
    Fri 4 mi walking
