  • I work from midnight to eight in the morning. This is how I calculate things. -I start every "day" from midnight. So, if I eat anything at work, I count it as a snack. -Breakfast at 8:30 am. -Sleep -Lunch at around 4p, -Dinner at around 9pm. This may not work for anyone else but it's been working for me.
