Day 1 today. Fitness test was hell, felt sick and like I was guna pass out. Switch kicks - 110 Power jacks 30 Power knees - 60 power jumps - 20 Globe jumps - 4 Suicide jumps - 10 Push up jacks - 10 Lo plank oblique - 24 Also day 1 of the nutrician plan.
