I feel alot better than I did at the beginning of the month when I started logging in (a decent amount more energy and clothes feel a tiny weensy bit different) and I will do my first weigh in next Monday and I will see what the scale has to say!!

this is a great program. I have one friend who was very successful with it. I am on my second cycle of trying to complete the whole thing. I get to week 4 and that it about it...so it can go very well or it can be challenging....but that is the great thing, you can work at your own pace and pick up where you left off or…
