I weigh in every day and have no intention of stopping. At first I would get upset when I saw fluctuations...but I was able to get myself in the mindset that my body will have those. Great post!!! We all need to sit back and remember that our bodies do retain things and we will have days where we want to chuck the scale. Like you...I will not stop weighing every day. The key is to not let the little ups upset you but to figure out what to do to correct them. Good luck with the therapist! Please make…

My daughter is going on 4...and even if I was insane enough to do this...I can see my husband kicking my *kitten* for leaving his princess with someone we didn't know regardless of her age! This is something that I have struggled with for some time. I started out over 300 pounds in September. I was probably down 50 or 60 pounds before I started to even see a difference in my body. I'm now down 98 pounds and I actually see my figure. I see my waist. In all honesty, it really just takes time. I'm still over 200…

I hate to admit this...but I had a freak out too. Must've been a full moon! I actually deleted my entire friends list...which takes an *kitten* load of time!!! Rebuilding it now but boy does it take time!
