Having been overweight pretty much my entire adolescence and adulthood...I've always been invisible. I am no longer invisible no matter where I am and it's something I'm not used to. Is it possible to lose the weight and stay hidden? The attention is a little unsettling sometimes...I refuse to put the weight back on to…

I used to do my morning mile between 4 and 4:30. I live in the city. I did it UNTIL I had a vehicle approach and "slowly" follow me. He took off when I reached for my phone. Could've been nothing. I don't know. I don't do it any more!

My hubby came to my first 5K to support me. He did the Color Run with me a couple of months ago. Other than that, he doesn't come just to hang out at the finish line. We had a toddler and the last thing he wants to do is try to entertain her until mommy gets to the end.

Mine's in the bathroom but not to hide it. Weighing is part of my morning routine and that's where it makes more sense to have it. I'm not going to weigh naked in the kitchen...and my living room has carpeting...so the scale doesn't make sense either of those places.

I started my entire weight loss adventure by walking. I started out just doing short breaks at work. I walk daily and am working on learning to run. Walking definitely helps! Move it!!!

This is beautiful beautiful beautiful! I am not blessed. I don't have an athletic body. I have struggled with weight. I struggle with food. I would give ANYTHING though. I have people that ask my secret to my weight loss and they are only interested until I mention my training to run and my watching what I eat. It sucks…

I have recently started working with a few people who say good mornTING...when did they put a T in morning? WTF?! I swear I want to smack them every time they say it. It's more than one person. It's like a stupid epidemic.

I've gone from a 48DDD to a 34C (sometimes B). I like to think that my perky boobs are hiding under my saggy ones...but...I'm fairly certain that's not the case. Like others have said...I wouldn't trade my weight loss for the world. There are doctors that can fix my boobs!

Maybe that was just a typo? Or maybe the g ran away!

^^^This! Definitely definitely this! I get tired of the posts about it as well as it being used as an excuse. We've been getting it since teenage years...if you haven't learned how to deal with it then what can I tell ya? Soon...they'll be blaming everything on menopause!

Beyond "love" this! Very well put! Now I can stop looking for a wagon (there aren't many of them in the city!) :drinker:

It depends on if you use shampoo and conditioner or the two in one stuff. It takes longer if you're rinsing and repeating.

Ohhhhhhhhh yeah no reduced fat cheese. Might as well just put a piece of plastic on it. YUCK!

I've never tried turkey bacon and absolutely refuse! I had turkey sausage one time and couldn't stand it. It's just wrong! Do not mess with breakfast meat!!!

I use it as a tool to track my food but am certain it wouldn't help a soul. I hate veggies, I eat processed foods, I eat fast food and I even eat sweets. My diary is NOT pretty. When friends ask, I let them see it...but...having people judge it and tell me that I'm eating all of the wrong things is not beneficial to…

I bet those are the best calorie burns!

So many great 80s songs are awesome to run to. My newest addition is Scared by Dangerous Toys!
