You might try using your diary to count calories! "Healthy" foods still have calories, and you could still be eating to many to lose weight.

Now, those potato labels... The potatoes always weigh more than the "one potato" weight listed on the label! The information per weight is supposed to be correct though., so I'm always having to adjust the serving size to match the weight. :grumble: What a scam.

The package is likely correct, as far as the amount of servings per container. If it says 3 servings, just use your scale to make 3 equal portions of the cooked stuff. I, too, agree with those who suggested Jefit App. You can set up your program, schedule it, it leads you through each set and you can even time your rests between sets. It keeps track of how much weight and your reps too, so you can track your progress :) I love it

Check the label on different brands of dark chocolate. Equal Exchange Panama Dark is 30% RDA per serving, and Chocolove dark isn't far behind. The cast iron skillet is another good idea suggested above. I don't know how much iron it gives, but I've made the switch to cast iron from non-stick and I believe I do feel better.

Ok, so I REALLY wanted to send that draft reply! Instead I basically told him that our inspector says I'm not allowed to wholesale, and blamed it on paperwork, red tape, etc. In other words, I LIED LIKE HELL and blew him off. I hope it came off as classy, diplomatic, bull-sh1ttin' But thanks for letting me vent!
