I am going fast food free for 2018!! I don’t eat a lot of fast food usually, but I find myself stopping for donuts and coffee, or a bacon-egg-cheese biscuit more often and I need to lose weight, so I’m going to give it up all together. I’m planning to eat at home for the most part, and I’m keeping a bag of almonds and a…

When you enter the food, if you see an option for Sodexo brand foods, those are the ones served at hospital cafeteria... I'd imagine a school cafeteria is similar

Smaller tummy, slimmer arms, slimmer hips, happy smile :)

Your lifestyle change should last your whole lifetime. Two years, like you said, will be over before you know it. And you can look forward to, hopefully, many many years of healthy living to come.

Holiday 5k's! What a great idea!

Regular workout schedule and calorie plan for the most part, but I'm having "diet breaks" where I won't log on Nov. 27, 28 & 29 for Thanksgiving and my birthday weekend and Dec. 24 thru Jan 1 for Christmas and New Year, as well as a two week break from lifting from Dec. 21 thru Jan 3. It's all right there on my calendar!…

I think the best thing to do that will fit with your lifestyle is (and this is some old fashioned marriage advice that I've heard): Make love with him EVERY night. Seems like that will solve your problems. Good luck! *flower for you emoticon that doesn't exist anymore for some reason*

Eat smaller slices of cake. And smaller bowls of cornflakes. There you go!

I have two friends I always used to spend a lot of time with, and they always seemed very friendly toward each other when we were all together. Life changed and we all ended up in different cities. Since then, I have spent many good times with each of them, however one of the two expressed to me at one point how the other…

I still use the real sugar and half-n-half. But I weigh my sugar and measure one serving of half-n-half. I cut back to 2 cups of coffee a day, and I drink from a smaller cup, so the add-in are more concentrated! But my weight loss is incredibly slow....

Snap! His excuses have now become my excuses! It's pretty true tho

Ya I knew that was coming... :P

We workout from home, so no excuses are really acceptable! He's going to be jelly when I can DL more than him...

Neither version is very user friendly, imo. I have been favoring the new one because it's easier to adjust the quantity from the ingredient screen. On the old one, if you add the wrong quantity, you can't edit it where you see it listed, you have to go back and search for and add it again. But I end up swearing everytime,…

Oh yes. A whole bagel is a like small meal on it's own. Start adding toppings and it's like two meals for me, lol.

oh I just remembered a funny one! my cousin was getting emails from a Nigerian guy... he was purchasing items online "couldn't ship them directly to his country" and if he could ship them to her house he would then send her a check to pay for her to ship the items to him ... well the items started showing up at her…

LOL YES! My co-worker actually deposited the check in her account!!! Luckily she mentioned it to us at work... but we just couldn't believe she fell for it! It was all taken care of by her bank before anything really bad happened. I guess that's not that exciting of a story...

I feel sad for all the ladies only getting 2 minutes of action...

In the car on the way to work... I was listening to one of those morning comedy radio shows "John Boy and Billy". They were breaking the story, and I said out loud "That's not funny!" But it was real.

It's about the butt/legs combo for me... Strong hairy man legs and a little round tush! LOL:wink:

Nice article, thanks for the great read.

One of the only good vegan "butters" for baking. But I still prefer the real thing myself, full butter all the way, Paula Deen style.

I've tried the whole "lets just be friends'" thing.... it's never worked out, always brings more drama. I'm not really friends with any of my exes.

Ibuprofen! And keep at it!

The "mapmy..." apps are good, but I found that the RunKeeper app works better. They're both free apps... you might consider trying both! The RunKeeper app seems to do better with the GPS tracking, tracking me in the correct path I actually walked, where MapMyRun would always track me WAY off the path and then I would have…

Hey there! It's good to add iron from the sources you have planned out. I wanted to recommend a few more options for you, too, as I have also struggled to keep my iron levels up. Use a cast iron skillet to prepare your meals. Iron rubs off on the food! Certain chocolates have iron content in the 20-30% RDA per serving…

Good for you!!!
