Yeah, on this side of the water, we call your biscuit a cookie, what we call a biscuit is salty/savory, and what we call scone over here is always sweet., but very similar to what we call a biscuit. It's all pretty confusing! I just know I like to eat all 3! :drinker:

Could go either way! I don't see the point of giving yourself a hard time about having one... I mean, you can't take it back. Just take precautions, make sure you get satisfied, and for crying out loud, don't brag about it!

Hello from another GA girl :flowerforyou: Like they said, get the app! It's better to run slow when you are starting out. I've been running since July and I'm still only about 15 minutes a mile. I'm on a 10k app now, I figure I can only improve my 5k time by running more. Stick it out, it's very rewarding!

Planning for not one, but TWO days of complete debauchery! I will eat whatever I want on Thanksgiving day and whatever I want of leftovers the day after! The day after Thanksgiving is my birthday, so I plan on getting drunk as well! :devil: Back to real life on Saturday to hit that Christmas weight loss goal.
