If they have Spring Rolls or Chicken Lettuce Wraps, I usually go for that...... Lower Calorie, and still filling. And drinks lots of water!! :drinker:

I just started, did Chest and Back last night for the first time....so sore today! I had the same problem, not ever been able to do push ups and really lack those muscles/strength. So, I searched for a thread about getting in the 130's and came across this one. OP - have you gotten down to where you want to be? I am currently 139, been loosing slow and steady and hoping to continue to a tleast to 130, but beyond would be great! Thanks!
