To say that I overdid it on both Christmas Eve AND Christmas would be an understatement haha, but the truth is, I enjoyed every minute of it. I feel like I deserved it too after working so hard to eat healthier and to exercise. Plus, 'tis the season! :P And now it's time to get back on track!

I believe it is okay to eat 3 square meals a day, however it is ideal to spread your food intake out to 5 meals per day to make your metabolism work. However, if what you're currently doing works for you, then by all means, keep up the good work! :)

As many people have already mentioned, banana and peanut butter are excellent in chocolate protein shakes. I also add flaxseeds, and split milk and CHOCOLATE milk in a 3:1 ratio...it sweetens up the whole thing, and I think it's delicious!

Some people can be so horrible... but they'll get there's. Just try not to let them get to you, do the things that make you happy :)

Hahaha, I used to have the same problem! Not so much when I have protein in my oatmeal or milk, but definitely when I mix protein powder with fruit juice (as a recovery shake)! What I have found works for me is I blend the juice and protein powder together and then let it sit for 10-15 minutes so all the little bubbles…
