I'm on my third week and I LOVE it! Before this, I completed 2 rounds of P90X. Although I loved P90X and the results it gave me, I have already reached the conclusion that I prefer Turbo Fire! Chalean is incredible! She has so much energy, and she is constantly encouraging you. The workouts are much shorter than the P90X…

I'm giving up on saying negative things about people (mainly one or two co-workers I dislike), processed foods, and internet surfing past 11pm (usually keeps me up until 12:30-2 in the morning).

I haven't had any soda in maybe 5 years, but damn that article is a real eye-opener for frankenfoods in general. Thanks for sharing! Woah. Definitely going to try that. Thanks for the heads up!

Exactly what I was thinking. Live a little!

Oh, I just remembered another childhood food staple: Lunchables!

Haha! I would have traded you my noodles for your fruit! We never had any in our house and I always felt like I was missing out. Reading everyone's responses has led me to wonder... isn't there some sort of risk with eating raw hot dogs? like salmonella or lysteria? hmm

Squash - acorn, butternut, spaghetti, I love them all! PB2 and natty PB nonfat cottage cheese spinach and kale parsnips! Making a cheese sauce to pour over chicken and veggies out of a melted laughing cow cheese triangle + fat-free sour cream or plain yogurt + a little bit of mozzarella

Wow! Thanks for the tip! I learn something new everyday :)

When I dropped to about 9 pounds below my goal weight, my co-worker said I looked like a lollipop LOL

Thanks for the recipe! Would egg whites alone be any good?

I've heard that weight loss is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise, so definitely try to cut back on processed foods and make sure you're burning more calories than you are consuming. You'll be able to burn calories using an elliptical but I think more intense cardio would be more effective (perhaps try a workout program like…

Ditto!

Isn't skim milk more nutritious than almond milk, which is just ground almonds, water and additives? My preference is skim milk for the protein alone.

Fruits are sweet and obviously healthier options! Apples, strawberries, blueberries, mangoes, etc.

"Oh my! Flamin hot cheetos dipped in nacho cheese sauce to boot..the whole bag!" Omg I remember they introduced those in Canada like a decade ago and I singlehandedly cleared shelves of them! Fortunately for my waistline, they were quickly discontinued. I was furious. +1 on the cinnamon rolls. I used to eat entire bags of…

Haha, nice list! Mine would definitely be overeating foods that are considered "healthy" like natural peanut butter... the calories definitely add up! Another one for me is eating as a reward! For instance, after writing a final exam, I ate a whole tub of natural vanilla ice cream!

 yeah or MAN VS EXERCISE.. he could hit up all the gyms in the US and complete physical challenges lol

I'm a huge fan of frozen desserts so this is just perfect! Thanks so much for sharing! :)

Woah, this reminds me of an email I received today on how diet affects skin. There's a little quiz at the bottom too. Hope this helps! http://www.dailyglow.com/quiz/is-your-diet-good-for-your-skin?xid=nl_EverydayHealthHealthyLiving_20110221

"Virtually alone among processed foods, Nabisco’s greatest cookie has an actual season, vanishing in April and reappearing in stores each October. (Transport from the factory in Toronto during summer’s heat poses too much of a threat to the Mallomar’s fragile dark-chocolate shell.)"…

Wow, thanks for posting this! I hate how Margerine is marketed as a healthy alternative to butter with its heallth checks and whatnot. This crap should be banned...

Thanks for all the suggestion everyone! :) I actually have PB2 (both regular and chocolate) lol. I use it sometimes but it doesn't always satisfy my snacking needs because it's not really filling, plus I prefer the taste of the natural PB. And I don't mind if the PB isn't 100% spreadable because I often eat it straight out…

I get my chocolate fixes from Chocolate PB2 (powdered peanut butter) and roasting almonds/hazelnuts with some 72% dark chocolate. Delish!
