nope not alone. anxiety, panic disorder & depression here. cymbalta has been the best for me with the fewest side effects while taking it (coming off of it is another story!!) but at any rate, i don't think anti-depressants do you any favors with regard to weight gain. as far as my motivation - right now, i'm kind of stuck…

i didn't see where OP was from and didn't check link, but based on what some posters have said - it sounds like it could be HCG. here is the states, (real HCG) was pulled by FDA. so, if this is what they are claiming, you can bet it is a scam.

on a baked potato in lieu of sour cream. or straight out of the container. i like it kind of dry, so i use the spoon to squeeze it against the side of the container and lose some of the whey. lots of black pepper is good. don't like it with fruit, but i do like it with tomato.

i echo that you should go with the medical experts on this one vs. people on mfp who think they are 'experts'. what works for one doesn't always work for another. only your physicians can tell you what is best for you taking into account your medical history and current health.

the way i understand it is that exercise does a couple of things - first of all, muscle weighs more than fat. so you'll be losing inches, but not necessarily weight at first. and as you build that muscle, you begin to burn more calories at rest - so you should still see loss, it will just be slower (but you'll be losing…
