  • I am on day 6 and am down 7 lbs. I did this diet before and lost 24 lbs. This time around I seem to be a lot more relaxed with the food list and have became very inventive with the allowed foods. I do however modify the diet some to fit my personal calorie needs and am still losing weight, I just stay away from the carbs…
