That's exactly how I make mine. I sometime add 4 oz of unsweetened almond and 4 oz of water and 3 to 4 pieces of ice.

I've recently started using Shakeology and I love it. I'm in my second month and it has helped me kill my sweet cravings. I have been able to stop eating baked goods and candy since my cravings have subsided. I have more energy and have been able to keep up with my workouts.

I'm hoping to complete Chalean Extreme in the next three months. I will be starting Burn Circuit 1 tonight. I'm also starting a 30 day challenge with my Beachbody coach. Hopefully it give me a big push in motivation. I've had this program for three years and have yet to complete it.

I have had this exercise program for almost three years and I have not been able to finish it. I have only completed 3 wks of the Burn phase. I am hoping to start the program again tonight. I plan on waking up at 5 am to complete them before work. I tried doing them after work but my little ones don’t give me anytime.…

I tried it once when I was trying to loose some weight for a family cruise. I had a shake for luch, breakfast and dinner. I also had green tea and low-soduim v8 drinks in between the shakes. I was able to loose 11lbs in five days and from there I had a shake for Breakfast and Lunch and 500 calorie dinner. I was able to…
