  • You all look adorable! It may just be in my area, but what we call pigtails are braided. Hair gathered into one or two bunches without being braided are ponytails. Either way....I love all the pics!

  • How funny that most of us do the same things. It's not like it's something my mother taught me. LOL. In addition to being clean and tidy, and hiding the bra and panties between the folded clothes, I put a pair of socks in my purse if I'm wearing sandals. Don't want my feet getting cold in the stirrups....
  • This. Unfortunately. Hoping the waist keeps going but the boobs stay where they are. I need it to come off my hips and bum!
  • YES!!! We weren't able to plant last year and I missed my garden terribly! We are planting potatoes, onion, garlic, tomatoes, squash, zucchini, green peppers, leaf lettuce, string beans, corn, cantaloupe and pumpkins.
  • Great progress so far! BTW...that green looks FABULOUS on you!
  • Look under walking..upstairs.
  • This! We were on a cruise in early Nov. I was pleasantly surprised by how many healthy options were available! While I didn't always stick with them, I only gained 2 lbs after a 7 day cruise. I hope you have a fabulous time!
  • I stayed the same at 190. Although Sat. morning when I jumped on the scale for a spot check I was down 1.6. I'm going to contribute yesterday's deliciously salty ham and fixins to the gain this morning. I plan on drinking lots of water to flush the extra sodium out today and I'm sure next week will show a loss.…
  • I think if we could mix the apple and pear body types together we'd all lose weight evenly.
  • Quote: Also pear-shaped, and I've lost around ten pounds, but it seems to be coming off my ribs, sides and boobs... :( When I started exercising (30 Day Shred particularly) I noticed my thighs got a tiny bit slimmer. Alas, I think this is the problem for a lot of us who are shaped like this. Sure comes off me in the same…

  • I do all the same measurements as you, minus the neck. Don't know why..just never thought about it. I measure once a month.
  • Mine as always been extrememly regular no matter what my weight, however, my last two cycles I had no PMS. Absolutely nothing! For me, this is HUGE as is was getting worse as I get older. I definitely contribute this to better nutrition and exercise!
  • Beginning Weight: 207 Current Weight: 192 Memorial Day Goal: 182 Ultimate Goal: 140
  • I think it depends on where you carry and where you lose your weight. I carry most of my weight through my hips, thighs and butt, so it takes a great deal of weight loss before I can do down a size or 2. It also depends on how much you are exercising. A more toned body will fit into a smaller size than one that isn't. Hang…
  • Count me in! I need a new challenge as the one I'm in currently ends on April 1st. Start weight: 207 Current weight 192 Memorial Day Goal: 182 Ultimage Goal: 140
  • 3/01: 199 lbs 3/05: 198 lbs 3/12: 197 lbs 3/19: 195 lbs 3/26: 192 lbs 3/31: Weigh-ins on Monday Had a big loss this week! Of course, I'm going to contribute that to water weight since Zumba class this week was extra hot! I think I sweated off those 3 lbs. LOL
  • I know exactly what you mean! I have always been bottom heavy.....pear shaped. When I gained extra weight my fat was more even. LOL As I lose weight, it comes off my boobs and belly first, so my butt and thighs look even more pronounced. I just keep at it and hope that the rest of it will catch up. Too bad we can't seem to…
  • 3/01: 199 lbs 3/05: 198 lbs 3/12: 197 lbs 3/19: 195 lbs 3/26: 3/31: Weigh-ins on Monday WOOHOO! Finally lost more than 1 lb this week!
  • Perhaps you're not eating enough? Do you eat breakfast? I go to the gym on my lunch hour and am always full of energy when I get back. Maybe you could try having a snack a half hour to an hour before your workout.

  • Me! I pee before Zumba class, and sometimes during, and still have issues, especially with jumping. I do keigle exercises, but I just think my poor bladder has been abused by carrying 4 children including a set of twins. Hoping as the weight comes off it will get better. In the mean time, I just make sure I wear a liner.…
  • I'm with you guys on the jeans thing. A woman walks an hour on the treadmill every single day in jeans and it annoys me for some reason. Also...people who have consumed massive amounts of garlic prior to working out. I hate gagging from the smell of garlic and sweat.
  • 3/01: 199 lbs 3/05: 198 lbs 3/12: 3/19: 3/26: 3/31: Weigh-ins on Monday
  • Would love to join the challenge! How often would you like us to check/weigh in? I am on 1200 cal and do 60 min of cardio (Zumba) 5-6 days a week. SW on March 1= 199
  • Everyone has their own preferences, so do what feel right for you. I only log my weight once a week. Sometimes I do a spot check in the middle of the week, but not always. My hubby weighs himself every single day, and logs all his losses. That would drive me nuts! Good luck!
  • You look great! Nice work!!
