I enjoy this thread so much that I cried from laughter. And my cat says "Mama" whenever she wants something.

Great job! You look great.

HAHA! It is! my instructor says if you leave there looking pretty you aren't working hard enough. ; )
-
You will! But as long as you're having fun, moving and sweating, that's all that matters!

Been doing Zumba since mid Jan. It took me about 2 months before I could master all the steps AND make the whole hour class without modification or stops. My instructors are the best, and they keep things fun and change it up a lot. I've lost over 30 lbs and 25 inches! I am a Zumbaholic and love it!

Get a full blood panel done at by your doctor if you can. They can check for all kids of things. I was so fatigued I really thought something was wrong. Turned out I had very low Vitamin D. I've been taking a supplement daily and it has made a world of difference. Good luck!

Thanks for getting things going! I stayed the same this week at 182 (which is my MD goal) and I'm happy with that. I didn't get all my workouts in and attended a birthday party and Mother's Day Buffet. Great job to you ladies!

You have done a great job! You were beautiful before and now you are stunning. My goal is to lose 70 lbs as well so this was very encouraging! ( I love St. Augustine, too!! )

Just do it. I had a friend who convinced me to go to Zumba class with her. I sat in the parking lot and came up with a million other things I could be doing, but I went in anyway. I have been going consistantly since mid Jan. You have to decide if it's important enough to you. Once you get in the habit, you will honestly…

I think they would suck. LOL. But Arnold wasn't in Robocop...it was Peter Weller. = )

In my experience, the more I drink water, the more I enjoy it. I rarely drink anything else now on a daily basis other than almond milk in my breakfast shake. Try sipping throughout the day, or add fresh lemon if you truly don't enjoy the taste.

I average 1.5 lbs per week. Some weeks a little more, some a little less, but in 14 weeks I have lost 21 lbs. 49 lbs to go!

Only 4 more lbs to go for challenge goal! Feel great this week! (My weight is actually 185.6 but I always round so my ticker doesn't have goofy numbers.…

I totally stole this pic. BTW...I'm a little concerned about the woman front right who seems to be wearing her Depends on the outside of her undergarments....HEEHEE!

HUMAN race.

^ My sentiments, exactly! I did WW for years...and I mean YEARS. The money I spent on my montly pass could've paid for a nice vacation. LOL The program works, if you are dedicated. I did have success, but always got tired of all the logging and would yo-yo- up and down. The new program seemed like even more counting to me,…

You look fantastic! Seeing how much your hip/thigh area has shrunk gives me great hope! Thanks for sharing.

No results yet...since I haven't started. A friend gave me the DVDs but no booklet or anything, so I don't know in what order I should be doing them. Can anyone who's done it help me out?
-
The only suggestion I have is to keep doing what you're doing and be patient. I carry my weight in my lower half too, and after losing 19 lbs I am still in the same size clothing as well. I'm not squished in them like a sausage anymore, so that is good! I think I'll have to lose another 15 or 20 before I can go down a…

Big difference! Nicely done!

No matter how many times I look at it...I still read #3 as "Foreskin". <shudder>

You look wonderful!

That's almost the same way I make my breakfast smoothie every day. Sometimes I leave off the PB. Try peeling then freezing your bananas. Makes milkshake consistancy. Yummy!

I LOVE Zumba! I completely agree about the different instructors, though. My instructors are fabulous, but I have been to others that I didn't care for at all. You definitely get a great all over workout. I only started mid January, but wish I had started a long time ago. Give it a try.....heck...give it a few tries if you…
