    I started my journey Jan 19/12. As of 2 days ago I've lost 26 pounds. 5 on my own and 21 since I joined mfp. I'm a stay at home mom who was very unhappy with the way I looked. My daughter has had 2 major surgeries in 5 years and I ate my way through the stress of it. Once I got the OK that she was fine, I decided to start to take care of myself. I'll be 40 in Nov 2013, and I don't want to be overweight anymore.
    I'm half way to my goal. I want to lose about 25 more to get to my goal weight.

    This was taken June 2011, I don't have many "before" body pics, I've been the same weight for many years:

      Thanks everyone, I feel like a new woman...I can't believe how much my attitude has changed. And to reward myself, I'm getting a new outfit tomorrow.

      I do cardio 6 days a week 40mins to an hour, lift weights 3 days a week. I eat about 1500-1800 cals a day and drink nothing but water.

      My diary is open to my friends so you can take a look.

      You look AMAZING!!!! I just joined yesterday, recently had lost 45 lbs, but gained 10 of it back, and have 30 left to go. Your story has help inspire me to get back on it. And I need to remember, I am half way down....why quit now!? Thank you for you story and pics. Keep it up girl!:bigsmile:
