I am allowed 1270 a day right now. I burn anywhere from 300 to 600 on a regular day and i usally eat them all back unless I am full which isnt often haha. I have had nothing but success with it. Isnt it such a great feeling!! I hit my one month last Tuesday. I feel better and people are also notcing things about me. its a great feeling...cant wait to help each other meet our goals:)

It will adjust. When I first started tracking my intake and hitting the 8 cups I had to pee all the time....very annoying as my students thought I was nuts always having to use the bathroom. But it settled and unless I drink 4 cups at one time (work out spread over an hour) then I am ok. Just give your body time:)

Hey, I asked the same question....answer I pretty much got was yes you eat back what you burn as MFP has already calculated what you need to eat to loose weight so anything else could put your body into starvation mode. Anything under 90 I dont worry as much but everything over 100 I worry about.

Well I am known to have a HUGE mouth....I would of just said maybe next time you should be careful who you talk to...because when I am done with you only one person would be called the P**sy! But if she keeps it up a couple more times I would let someone know as they have a strict policy at gyms for stuff like that.

I know when I do the seat points I log it under high intesity dance, I know general isnt as crazy so I would log it as general dance for now:) until you are able to get what you need to measure it properly

I have done the high protein thing before it just doesnt work with me to be honest. When you have over eatten for so may years i just believe it is a matter of shrinking your stomach back to the proper size it should be. Once I loose my weight I will be uped in my calorie intake as there will be maitnence. But we shall see…

I was thinking the same thing a couple of days ago...I also am new and when I spoke to someone they said to worry about calories first, then once I get that all under control worry about the other stuff as calories are the most important at the start.:) You will do fine friend me we can chat and keep each other motivated:)
