I want to be able to get my knee surgery which my DR has said they will not do until I have lost at least 80 lbs and be able to to go concerts and festivals with my BF without a cane. :)

Thanks, I cut soda about 20 years ago so i'm good there, i love plain old water. I plan on taking your advice thought small steps each week, cut out small things here and there and figure out what works for me. Thanks for the add!!

I have six, I'll post them when I get to work (my new computer doesn't have my pics) 2 of them are Nine Inch Nail tattoos. My daughter is an artist, so the deal is when mom's arms start to get less flabby and more muscle she must design me a tattoo from my shoulder to my elbow :)

My 12 yr old is an anime artist, so when I reach my 50lbs goal she is designing my tattoo I will be getting to celebrate that hurdle. I will have a photo shoot when I reach my goal which hopefully will happen by my 40th birthday.
