toothfairy, I've lost 45lbs so far. It took me about a year; however, I did not try to lose weight over the summer months and instead went into a weight "maintenance" stretch. So if you take out those months, it took me about 9 months to lose the 45. Everyone's body and routine is different though. Regardless, good luck!

Used to have a Yamaha R6, which was plenty. I'd get it up to 120mph in no time. Now that I have kids, I sold the crotch rocket and drive an 1100 Honda Shadow, which is perfect for me.

I see what you're saying. But I think it's obvious I meant it the way you've put it, "as permanent as life itself." It's with me until I die, so for this body it's permanent.

Huge spags fan, but I always shy away of pasta when I'm trying to shed weight. This sounds like a great idea. Thank you!

Good job. I myself have just broken the 200 level and I'm looking to get to 175 - 180. Did you find that you had to lift/tone more to lose the weight?

And ask if they can swap steamed veggies for any rice.

The digital scales are nice. Weight Watchers makes a decent one.
