Good workout for me this morning, too. Somewhere on mfp I read about a person who was sort of at a plateau and "gave up" one day and just walked on a treadmill at a really high incline....and he liked the results. So, I now do Pilates on Monday, elliptical on Tuesday and treadmill/incline on Thursday. Hope to fit in…

As long as I've got my trusty decaf tea, I'm good to go!! Truthfully, I never drink enough plain ole water, so I expect this will be tough on the bladder.

OK...I'm in. I've been going it alone for about 3 weeks now and really need some company. I've seen a little progress, and I feel great and am sleeping better. But I still have a long way to go toward my goals and I look forward to sharing highs (and lows, I suppose).
