Same here, Liz. I was having a good week until they had the audacity to serve beer at a wedding I went to Sat night. But I drank water - beer - water - beer, and ate a lot of food. So, thankfully, I stayed hydrated and avoided feeling nasty the next day, but definitely overshot my calories for the day. Water: 7/7 Food: 5/7
