Same here, Liz. I was having a good week until they had the audacity to serve beer at a wedding I went to Sat night. But I drank water - beer - water - beer, and ate a lot of food. So, thankfully, I stayed hydrated and avoided feeling nasty the next day, but definitely overshot my calories for the day.

I had a good week overall. I, too, shot my calories out of the water on Saturday. Beer and Wings. It was just so good. Atleast I did drink my water on Saturday.

I had a good week. I upped my calories to match the increase in my running, and I didn't lose any weight this week even though I had a deficit of 5400 calories, per fitbit.
