Exercise: I was horribly sick all week (strep throat) so I didn't workout at all:( Totally sucked but I had zero energy.0 -
So I am really happy I re- joined curves this week! Getting the stregnth training and stretching in 3 x days per week and aerobics and laid-back yoga with the kids at home. Unfortunately I gained 4 oz.... my first gain since I started almost 2 months ago. N?ot sure what happened, but I have a sold so I wonder if its related. I have been inconsitent with getting all of my water in.. a coupl eof days its only been 8-9 x 8oz, which is silly because its so easy to do.
Oh well... on ward and upward (or downward)
