Welcome to your final week of the challenge! And this week is particularly challenging! Getting enough sleep at night! Not an easy one for most of us. But now you can get more guilt free! Say it's for the challenge and you really want to do well on it this week since it's the final week after all!

Just a question, does it still count if it's 5-6 hours at night and then an additional two to three in the afternoon? 'Cause I don't see myself breaking out of that pattern anytime soon.

I'd say yes Martine! As long as you're getting 8 hours in the 24 hour period.

I just fell short of 8 hours last night. Got 7 hours and 45 minutes. Geesh. With waking up 5 times, it was not restful at all. I'm really hoping tonight will be better!

    That's good to know. :)

I actually really hate this pattern, but I can't do anything about it because I'm totally the type who's more productive in the evening, but this year I have school 7.30 am - 1.30 pm, so all I can do is to get as much as I can at night and make up for the rest after I'm home.

Last year suited me so much better, I had school from noon to around 6-7 pm, so I could actually get decent sleep in the morning and still wake up at a decent hour.

Yeah, changing schedules like that can really suck. I'm glad I'm done with classes! Now I'm in around 9am and leave between 4:30 and 6pm. I like choosing my own schedule!

oh I thinkI have it this week! I am eating pretty well (with veggies), drinking my water, doing strength/cardio/stretching, AND i have been going to sleep by 10:30! Amazing! I am so glad I did this challenge - thanks Lizard and everyone!

I'm getting my 8 hours, but I sure don't feel like it! This has been a really bad week for sleep. I'm not sure what's going on, the only thing I can say is allergies! Maybe I'll take an extra dose of meds tonight before bed. See if that helps!

So glad a few of you have made it through all 6 weeks! Definitely not an easy thing to accomplish! Just a few more days to say you did it!

I need to step it up with my f/v and strength but thankfully my kids have been sleeping in so getting 8 hours has been fairly easy!

aaargh. I got the cold/flu/bug/virus...whatever the heck has been going around. That has totally screwed up my sleeping, eating and exercise habits. I'm probably getting 3x the fluids I need, but food doesn't appeal at all and sleep is elusive. Aw well. I suppose this is it for me! Thanks for the challenge, Lizard. I didn't do as well as I'd hoped, but I'm still sort of proud at what I did manage.
