When I was bored in class I'd do a sort of modified oblique twist if I was in a lecture hall with swivel chairs. Plant your feet, look straight head (try not to move your neck), abs engaged, and then twist side to side. It's not much, but at the very least it'll help keep you focused if you're feeling fidgety.

If I measure myself that way, I'm a 40E, which is fairly accurate I'm guessing- at my last fitting I was 42D-DD. If I use this website, I'm a 44DD. I've triple checked to make sure I've put the right measurements in the right fields, but why are they using my bust measurement (45) as the band size?

I'm trying to cut down on Diet Coke, too, but it's so good. From what I've heard, it's more so that artificial sweeteners trigger your sweet tooth rather than satisfying it and hinder weight loss (not familiar with the research on that though). Just finished Day 2. I'm doing it online until I can get to the book store this weekend to buy the DVD. As for the calories, I log it as circuit training but use a heart rate based calorie burn calculator and for my weight, yesterday was 268 calories and today was 298.
