I definitely second all of these! You can also add in incline (not negative incline) pushups. Lean into a table or night stand and do pushups that way. You aren't putting all of your bodyweight on your arms so you can work your way up from there. The more weight your arms can take, put your feet out further away and then…

I'm totally down with Planet Fitness. My whole family and some friends are too! I've seen the ads, the lunk alarm issues and the bad reviews. All of the PFs in my area are nice and clean. Depending on the time of day, it can be pretty packed. Other than that, I think it's great! I'm weight training and am pushing myself up…

I use Pandora. Like it or not, I use dubstep and industrial. (*I like it, just not Skrillex. He ruined the fun for everyone.) Dubstep is always 130-145 bpm. I have a DJ friend that does industrial clubs in Detroit so he whips up stuff for me that's at 130.
