I have the same problem and I have found that exercises used in Pilates help. Maybe just YouTube some abdominal pilates exercises, i'm sure some will pull up!

Thanks guys! I'm glad I'm not the only one :p I just found out that my favorite dish is packed with fat and calories so that is some motivation not to eat it as often! I'm going to try and live by the "eat to live, not live to eat" saying :)
