Just turned 48. I managed to lose 87 pounds in 2012 but have been on a mental and physical plateau for the last couple months. I am fired up for a fresh start and ready to get the final 35 pounds off and get to my goal weight!

Ditto! It makes me feel crazy and out of control, yet I can't get a grip on it. I don't log it because that would mean I have to be accountable for it. Logging it would be the best answer ... I should start there. Mine is at night when everyone goes to bed. I read a women who trianed herself to "turn off" her eating by…

I never know when to stop ... so that I can eat a little more, I make a cauliflower crust (I know ... sounds yuck but it's super good) and put tons of veggies on it. Not pepperoni and sausage but kills the craving for me and my family likes it!

I am so sorry for your loss. I know there are no words of comfort right now ... I hope you heal. Please run in Harley's honor. Much love.

Your story brings tears to my eyes! I'm so happy for you ... you created a positive ending to a story that could have ended very badly. Congratulations on your success and your healthy lifestyle!

I think sometimes you need to mix it up a little, eat different, exercise different, eat a few more calories, etc. becuase your body gets used to the same old thing. Whatever it was, great!!!! Keep it up!

I still have about 30 pounds to go and I can see my tummy and thighs are not going to be pretty. But the grossest thing is my upper arms. I'm working really hard on building muscle and becoming defined and I can see it under my nasty skin but it's depressing that my arms look so gross. Once I hit my goal, I am going to get…

I use that brand and don't mind it. I make smoothies; 1 scoop protien, 1 cup almond milk, 1 cup coffee, 1/2 banana, ice and sweetner. Delish! Or, 1 scoop protien, 1/2 banana, 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 cup almond milk, sweetner and 1 cup spinach. Believe or not it is yummy, can't taste the spinach but get all the…

LOL! I seriously do leg lifts, kicks, punches, etc. white my lunch is in the microwave. It has escalated to doing squats behind my cubicle wall when no one is around! Hey ... why not, I'm on a mission damn it!

I started Jan 2, 2012 --- am currently at 85 pounds. The first few months I could pull off 10 pounds a month, now it's much slower. Still plugging away! 30 pounds to go!

Love to hear it! Bring it on (and send a memo to my hubby)!

I love it too! I have a friend who is a hoarder and she has turned on to Pinterest, so now she does online hoarding ... lol. She has thousands and thousands of pins. CRAZY!
